All the motorcycles must be in compliance with the traffic rules. Tenants are fully responsible for their motorcycles characteristics and conformity to the law. 
Participants must scrupulously observe the traffic regulations and therefore road signs and road markings, they must not exceed the maximum speed limits, respect the environment and pay full attention crossings towns. 

The use of helmet, gloves, tearproof pants, boots and protection goggles is mandatory. 

With the delivery of this registration completed and signed participants renounce to legally proceed against the "Sardinia Adventures", the sponsoring organizations, their presidents, members, employees, collaborators, organizers, their deputies, and all the persons involved in the organization of the tour for any damage or accident that occurs to property or persons during the event.

Any violations of the above rules will result in immediate exclusion from the event. Behaviors considered not appropriate to the good performance of the tour and its image, will be sanctioned with the exclusion from the tour. Consider that all the roads crossed  by tour are open to traffic, it is therefore compulsory to pay full attention and to keep the right side of the street in any direction. The registration fee will be refunded up to 15 days before the tour start.

Activities not carried out during the event due to force majeure will not be refunded.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the planned program if conditions that make impossible to carry out the tour or to fit the needs of the participants will occur.
